How Does It Work?


1) We schedule a call to discuss your requirements and recommend the best plan for your needs. 2) We send you the agreement to sign with all the details of the service, SLA, confidentiality, etc. 3) A technical account manager is assigned to your account and is your primary contact. 4) You send any requests to your dedicated helpdesk and they will respond within SLA and work on the tasks assigned. If you're own the 'dedicated package' you can also just pick the phone and call.




What type of requests can you help with? Is it just technical support?


Absolutely not, This is not an IT helpdesk.

You can use the hours as you wish. E.g. Ask us to build a dashboard, help with a quick query, run a complex SQL query, implement new GTM tags, analyse data and provide insights, deliver training to your team.

Its your hours and we are your team, so feel free to send us any requests you have.
